As can be seen from the photographs the render on the rear wall has fallen into disrepair. As it has not been maintained water has got into the render mesh which has rusted and started to collapse.
There is obviously a potential for falling debris to damage vehicles in the car park so this is obviously a communal priority.

As you can see below works have begun in makig the wall safe and over the next few weeks a new render and painting can begin
