Painting throughout the estate is a poor state and obviously has not been completed in a number of years. This not only makes the complex look shabby but will have a detrimental effect on the structure of the railings and walkways. Several phots identify rust throughout.
Below are links to the most recent Google maps which shows the front gates recently. Also is a link to Google Maps from 2015 showing the same patches of paint missing. So clearly the gates have not been painted since 2015.
There is a google maps image from 2009 but the gates are not as clear although there is obviously rust. Please review yourself by changing the date in top left of image or selecting the year at the bottom.
